disable VATS on 7747

i'm reading bruce plecans page about the 7747 ecm.(swaped today ). but i dont understand how to disable the VATS. could someone please help me?
or is it already disabled?
if im reading it right. (F9 or 11111001 in binary) it is not used, right??

Hey man, Not sure about the VATS thing but there is a guy on the GMECM mailing list that just realeased software that allows us to edit the 8746. haven't tried it yet but it hasnb't gotten any bad reviews. It still deals in Hex but this is his first version so I would imagine in about a month or so there will be a Bin editor for our computer, well, rather my computer since you just swapped to the 7747. I just though I'd pass the info along.
