DFI or Chip?

hey guys, which would you choose? I have the choice of going with a used DFI unit or calling TPIS and getting their level VI chip for the same money. Which is better?

Also, if I get the DFI, what happens if you get a jump over harness that does not take care of the fuel tank pressure purge valve and ac and cruise control....is it critical?

thanks

Steve

I'd go with the Accel. Easy (er) to make changes, can do it "on the fly" and no down-time to make burn guesses and then recheck them and keep iterating. And graphing/table data functions cannot be beat... JMO

Oh, if you/friend has a laptop, that is...

And if the DFI takes a dodo. You can't call a junkyard to get a spare. Some of the repair bills on the aftermarkets are as much as a new ecm. Me, I like the GMs
