Computer compatability 86-87
Are the computers the same from an 86 T/A-87 T/A both 5.0 TPI auto. I understand the prom might be different I was just wondering if they were compatible since the on in my 87 is DOA and I have one from my 86 I wanted to use...thank you...Mike

Yes, the ECMs are the same for 1986 and 1987 TPI 5.0L F-Bodies.
