Tuner Cat ?

Alright....now I've plugged in the password for tunercat and it showed it went through and was ready to go. But is shows the 42tdf in use. I read the instructions and it said go to menu bar at top and pull down to get the other tdf file. But the pull down bars are still locked exept for file, and help.

Now while I bought tunercat I requested the 32tdf and they sent it as an attachment and I down loaded it. When I tried to put in my serial # and password for the tdf file it wouldn't accept it. Would the tdf file be a different password the program itself? If it is I didn't recieve one(I think). What could I be doing wrong? I emailed tuner cat a few days ago and they haven't responded.
