I'm using WinBin (just for now) with the 165 ECM. Where do I make changes to the injector pulse width? In other words, how do I lean or richen the mixture at WOT, Highway mode, closed loop, etc?

Under the Arrays tab, look at Power Enrichment Vs. Temp and Power Enrichment Vs. RPM. The RPM scale changes the AFR (air fuel ratio) over the engine's rev-band (obviously) while the Temp scale raises or lowers the whole curve at different coolant temps. I tuned in my RPM table first so that my O2's were linear, and now I'm playing with the temp table (at the temps that my engine runs in while drag-racing) to lean it out some.
