EBL Dump log - No header info when single header checked

EBL Dump log - No header info when single header checked
Title pretty much says it all. I selected single header for a dump log to look at the log an Excel and the header is missing. If it is single header is not checked then there are multiple headers.

I have fixed the no single header and have emailed a zip'd copy to you (hotmail account). I broke it when I improved the error handling of the file write.
If anyone else requires this update just drop me a PM or email. The zip'd copy is under 100KB in size. So even if you have a dial up it is a fast read.
