Winbin fuel cut off and fuel return?

Transmission: 6-Speed
Axle/Gears: Stock 10 bolt 3.42
Winbin fuel cut off and fuel return?
Do these have any thing to do with rev. limit or top speed cutoff?. If not what do they do?

Yep, either one of them or both, depending on if the units are RPM or MPH.

The higher number would be the vehicle speed or engine rpm at which the fuel is cut off. The lower number is the speed or rpm where it is re-enabled. So, if you hit the rev limiter and keep your foot on the gas, it'll cut the fuel and then resume fueling in a rapid manner, like a stutter box for a race car (pretty much the same thing).
