I'm guessing that the poster is in a foreign country and wants to order all of the above, and is looking for a US resident to order it all, combine it into one package, and ship to him.

Some of the above vendors likely don't ship internationally and even if they did, international shipping on as many different orders as there are above would be astronomical.

That's my guess anyways
