32B tuning
Hey guys,
Here's my problem. Couldn't get the 6E fueling good so i went back to 32B. The BPW vs load table gives me lots of fueling control. I have been able to get the idle AFR very good and even partial throttle good up untill the engine reaches an opperating temp of about 200-220F. Then it goes way rich and I can't get it to lean out. The computer is in closed loop long before I reach these temps. Is there something in the code that tells it to add more fuel at these hotter temps or is there a table that I'm not familiar with that controls that. Havn't been able to figure that out. Another thing is that i'm running headers and my O2 voltage stays between 800-900 continually wheather the AFR's are a steady 14-15 at idle or a very rich 12 at Idle. My wide band has a simulated AFR output for narrowband. I was wondering if i can hook that to the ECU instead of the narrowband? It's Zeitronics. Thanks again.

Make sure your gnds for the sensor(s) are correct.

I hooked up the narrowband output and it worked just fine until the car ran for like 5-10 minutes and then the O2 voltage just stayed at 900 whether it was running at 11-14 AFR or a very lean 17-18. It fluctuated correctly at first and then just stayed at the mentioned voltage and then the AFR's began to fluctuate all over the place reacting to whatever changes i made but then quickly reverted to what ever it wanted to. Seems like the computer has a mind of its own. One things for sure I cant get anywhere with the tune. Any suggestions on where to go from here.
