Best tools for the job?

Glenn & TRAXION I would like a little help getting started with burning. I want a quality EPROM eraser and burner, and for the best price possible. Since you guys have been cranking out chips for a good while I would like your suggestions. I am on the hunt for a laptop to run some form of editing program, probably Tunercat. What else will I need to go mobile and where should I purchase from?
Glenn do you see one's and zeros's right now moving accross the screen at a fast pace?
