Things to set right off: displacement value, the BPC table (if running a non-vac adjusted regulator make all entries the same), initial SA, SA tables, the TCC/Stick option bit, disable highway cruise (for tuning), can set the rev-limiters.
For the VE I've used Excel to convert them. Need to get creative as the 3D table needs to be pivoted. May be easiest to calc the 90-100 KPa values and plug those in. Then spot check some other areas. If close then let the VE Learn take care of it.
The SA tables are much the same way. If you have good timing values move those over.
Then fire it up, enable data logging, and see how it runs. Once up to temperature the VE Learn can be used. Once it is running decent (closed loop will help), drive it around some. Do a VE Learn, tweak anything that may need it, then drive it some more.
