Yes, it should fit.. I think it is a bit larger and the connectors are on waht woul dbe the side instead of the bottom (the way it is in the Vette)

Remember the 7730 has 3 connectors instead of 2.

I made an adapter harness for mine when I was contemplating the idea of swapping. Just remember.. swapping to the 7730 with lose the function of the AVG MPG, DTE, and Instant MPG.

Even if you use a 90 vette BIN as the Base I believe it will not work. on the 90 and up vettes the complete dash is controlled VIA the CCM not ECM

Hrmm. I never noticed that... Is that all you lose? What happens if you swap the dash with a 90+ dash?

Holy Crap this is an old thread, what's next stuff from Chase Racing?

Yes all you should lose is the MPG and such with the 7730 swap.. going to the 90+ dash is when you need the CCM as all the info comes out of there to the LCD on the cluster

Yeah, I have some lifters I got from you guys back in '99. Will you honor the warranty on those? (actually comp cams did in '06 believe it or not)

That kinda sucks. Maybe I'll just get an aftermarket cluster for my '87 dash..
