Need help identifing prom

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Need help identifing prom
I have a prom that is suppost to be from an 88 350 TPI. It has the no. 16035006 8611 on it and the UV-PROM chip has the no. AMU 8958 on it. How can I verify this? I checked fax section and could not find this number in the ones that the have listed there.

Ohhhhhhhh. No man. That prom is for the 86 305 IROC-Z.
