8746 and 7747 ecm questions

I've been reading the hack for the 8746 and I've been editing my tdf file with the editor. Some things aren't making any sence.
I added the SA for EGR but there were two listings in the hack and they're sometimes the same but in other bins they're different on average of 1 degree, sometimes one is lower, sometimes the other value is lower!
Next problem is the low voltage RPM correction, in most bins it's about 1100rpm, does that sound right? Where is the lag time exactly (hex address please, I can't find).
Last question is about idle rpm for aldl. I looked and tunercat is saying it's 2000rpm, is there something wrong with this value and when does the car ever run at 2000rpm when in aldl mode??!?!!!!??!? That's all for now. I'm trying to use the chip to diagnose my car problems so any input is always appreciated.

JP, if your car was running fine for quite a while and now it is not, IMO you have some sort of mechanical problem, not an ECU/PROM problem. Did you pull your plugs, yet??? Has your vacuum reading at idle changed over time? Did you check that recently and when the engine was fresh?

Stop what you are doing and check out your engine FULLY AND CAREFULLY. If you end up tuning your PROM around a vacuum leak, you'll just have more problems later on... Pull the plugs and let me know if ANY OF THEM are wet with oil, on the threads and/or tip. Later on.
