Is there any free scan tools out for the labtop other than freescan....
Somebody tell me if I'm wrong but I don't think freescan will work for an 86 camaro will it....
It shows 92 up...

It should work, i wouldn't see why not. I would personally take your 86chip out, get some form of an 89 code chip, unplug your cold start and disable the vats in the 89chip and try it. Couldn't hurt.

My 'ware will work on 86-92 TPI, MAF or SD, no problem. Pop that cold injector connector loose and run you some ARAP code!
