any body know what the o2 sensor is supposed to read while cruising...

any body know what the o2 sensor is supposed to read while cruising...
while I'm asking what about idle.....

slp runners
stock tpi
about a 272 custom hyd roller comp cam
30 lb injectors
no smog,a/c,or egr
working on homemade chip
running on radials....

The ecm is programmed to maintain an AVERAGE of 14.7, so it's always hunting bach and forth. The Catalytic Converter also needs this swinging of AFR to work.

just curious why does the catalytic converter need this....
like I said just curious...I don't have one..
