Is there anyone on Long Island burning your own chip??? If so, I wonder if we could get together this summer so I can see in person how this works, so I have some idea when I go to do mine? (building a Superram 383) Thanks

I get back from school the second week in June. I'd love if I could come watch a little bit at some point in the summer as you do the burning, would that be cool? Do you ever goto Bald Hill for Cruise Nights on tuesdays? Thanks.

I'm from Long Island, too, and am interested in getting started in burning my own chips. Can you two give me some info on what I need to do to get started?
Basically all I really want is to be able to invoke highway mode on my '88 Iroc so my gas mileage won't completely suck.

Look on the tech articles on this site. This is how I started. There it will tell you which blank chips to use for your ECM and burner to buy. I am currently using the free software, Winbin, but there are a few bugs. I just started a few months ago and still learning.
