There seems to be a number of guys looking to connect with others in their location. I suggest doing some reading so you have a basic understanding. And then look for someone on the board that lives close to where you are and send them an e-mail.
I think you will find most are willing to share knowledge. It wouldn't bother me if someone wanted to visit me in Kamloops to see all this equipment (there isn't much) and how it operates. HOWEVER, if their goal was JUST to get an eprom burned for them....
