cable for craigs software
I think I pretty much have this figured out except for one piece. How do I connect it to the aldl, like what piece do i need that will plug in to it, and where can i get it?
Thanks

The two transistor one that there is a link to above works fine on my 89. Just remember a 10K resistor between port A & B and to get 12V and ground from the car. The data pin is 'M' in our cars.. so all you have is a 10K resist between a & b and one wire into the 'M' port and your two transistor circuit. very easy.
ok, so all you do is stick wires into the aldl, you don't actually need a connector to plug into it?
Thanks

yeah, no connector required. A resistor can just be bent and stuck in the A & B terminals, for the "M" terminal just use something stiff enough to stay connected, a solid core wire will probably work fine or you could find a electrical connector that would fit in there i'm sure.
