Yep,
mine is off too. Mine is around 90% too at full throttle. With no pedal depression it says have 10% throttle. I have checked the voltage and adjustment of my TPS and it is within specs, sees 5v, .54v idle, 4.5v full throttle. My TPS sensor is about 3 months old.

An interesting thing is before I start my car the same menu shows 0% throttle at idle. After starting the car the %throttle gets messed up. After shutting down the car the %throttle is still wrong. Therefore the additional voltage of the alternator might be a trigger for the error but it is not the cause of it.

Possibly, Craig's software is using 5.00 volts as the criteria for 100%? Just a thought.

I will have to look at the ALDL Datastream to see if TPI% is an actual factor that is communicated from the ECM.

The software does indeed scale from 0 to 5 volts corresponding to 0 to 100%. So at idle, you should show around 10.8% (.54v) and at WOT it should show around 90% (4.5v). Sorry for the confusion...

To clarify, 87% is equivalent to 4.35v, so you are doing okay.
