Do IAC steps open or close the hole
I've taken the IAC off, cleaned... I see how it works
Question - Do IAC steps open or close this controlled vaccum leak. E.g. do more steps open it up to allow a larger vaccum leak? Or do more steps move the plunger closer to closing the vacc leak?
