what would you do?

Ok hears pretty much everything ive done to the car, 194, 150 ported/polished heads ported intake,hyper pistons, moly rings, adj fuel, stainless vales,479,501 lift and 222,232 dur@50, and its a 5 speed. im using the stock 91 z28 305 tpi ecm, and its speed density. now i havent got the $8 bin files because there not open on the weekend, i`ve already modified my original chip with a ZIF plug so i ready to go, i just need to get the $8 file if any one wants to send it to me tha`d be cool but what i was asking is where do i start???? in tunner cat i have a TON of things to change, right now all i want to do is get it runing cause she wont rev up at all(only to about 3500rpms) and shes getting hot, around 220 240 range so any help would be cool, and a small lil`ol file would be even better, Thanks

No stock BIN file will work with that combo, you will have to mod it yourself. If you go to www.diy-efi.org they have download BINs available, but nothing like your combo.

Do you have a scan tool? You really need one to get those VE tables right. You can look at Craig Moate's software, as it is suppose to work with SD, but no one I believe has tested that for Craig. I am sure Craig would appreciate an SD car to test his software.

I can flip you a copy of the AUJP1615 BIN if you want. That is the latest replacement BIN for an SD L98. The only difference and the original AUJP1350 BIN that came with L98 cars is the date and seq#.

To make it work for a 305, you would have to change the Injector size and Cylinder Displacement....plus the other tuning to make it work for your combo.

Glenn, Ya i knew that stock bin wouldnt work but it would give me something to start with if you could hit me up with that bin thatd be cool. i`ve heard alot about this craig moates stuff but where can i get it, and i read that you need to make you own conection? im going to try and get my buddys snap-on scan tool but i need to be able to get the car down to him, as of right now she would drive to save her life, and also you said i need to get the VE tables right, what does VE stand for? im new but i`m a quick learner, and one other thing could the cam be TOO big i love the way it idles with the stock chip and it sounds like its got alot of potential, thanks for you help you can send that file to ja622@hotmail.com

Why not try WinBin to do the injector and cylinder size change for now. It might do a little better than stock.
