Software glitch?

I have a 85 tpi setup, stock prom.Once in a while code45 pops up on the highway. The light stays on until the key is turned off.The o2 reads 900-950 mv when the ses is on.When i turn the car back on the mv go back to normal and no ses.Other than that it runs fine.Could the tps voltage a little high make this happen?

Doubtful, but if in doubt the min idle and IAC should be redone.

45 is rich, there are a bunch of parameters that must be set to throw that code, one being a timer. So after you power down the timer is reset. reading rich when in a fail soft mode is normal
