TunerPro RT Trouble

I've got TunerPro RT 4.14.24. I'm new to this software, but have used it successfully already for editing & programming proms etc. Had my Dell laptop updated (new motherboard, new bluetooth) recently because the bluetooth wasn't working. Now when I start the program it searches for hardware and then just hangs I guess. Any ideas? I know that I'm probably missing something simple, but cannot think of it. I'm going to go ahead and connect my Autoprom and see if it will start if hardware is found.

Thanks for any help!

Hey thanks for all of the help. Still some things that need to be worked out, but I really appreciate the great service and at least I'm emulating now. You & Craig have been great as has been TC on some other issues.

For everyone here; it seems as though the root of my problems is with my particular laptop setup. Still need to figure out a couple of things but Mangus has been very responsive. Seems to be the norm from what I've seen.
