This is probably posted somewhere but since I just found it I thought I'd let everyone know.

I downloaded the 5.7L vin8 pinout from gm_ecm a while back. I just noticed on page 3 the distributor tan/black bypass wire is listed on C3 and Reference is on D13. On the last page, the one with the pictures of the connectors, pin C3 is listed as the reference signal and D13 is listed as the bypass. The connector page (last page) is wrong.

I checked on Ludis site and C3 is definitely the bypass wire.
