Have converted to ARAP but TCC responce is ruff!!
I installed the ARAP bin in an 89 Iroc L98. At highway crusing if I pull off the gas slowly the TCC will unlock and cause a jerk in the car. And if I apply the gas slowly the TCC will relock roughly and cause a jerk in the car. It didnt happen with the stock bun. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I have 2.77 gears and I think the ARAP is programmed for a 3.27 or so rear. Wouldnt it effect the RPMS at wich it lock and unlock vs the speed of the car? How about TPS voltage, I believe I have mine at .63V.

My SD car did that always too. I found playing with the lock/unlock TPS settings, along with the EGR helped and lower the "Unlock Prevention Speed" kept the TCC locked.
It becomes really irritating when you cruise over rolling hills as the TCC locks and unlocks. So play with the settings I mentioned to keep the TCC locked as much as possible.
