AT Sensor and Closed Loop

On a stock bin, what air temp does the AT sensor need to read to go into closed loop? Can this be changed in Tunercat? I am running 6E code. Today on the way to work the engine would not get off high idle, coolant temp was normal, outside air temp was in the 50s here. So I am guessing that in the AT sensor was reading about 70-80ish. I don't have egr and did a TB bypass, so on a 70 degree day my AT reads 90s. Any ideas?

The air temp sensor has no bearing on when it goes into closed loop, but the coolant temp does (usually 100-122 degrees F in TPI applications). Sometimes, it takes a few seconds, or even up to several seconds, for the computer to close the IAC motor to allow the idle speed to drop down to normal.

Darn!!! that's what I was afraid of! My coolant was in normal ranges, the motor high idled all the way to work, over 40 min if driving. The car ran fine last night??? I burned a prom yeasterday afternoon to add a little fuel. Maybe that freaked something out.
