Help first burn

I need help with my first burn. I have a stock chip which is too rich when started and will not link to diacom . I have a fast prom chip is just ok ,but values are encripted and make no sence.I need some values close to get started , where do I go now??The motor is highly modified

What? I understand that you want some help with getting a start on your bin but that is about it. What PROM are you running right now (you say something about a stock one and than a 'fast chip'??)? What hardware and software do you have/are you running (ie scantool, EPROM burner, EPROM type, etc..)? What exactly do you mean by:

What system is it (MAF or SD)? What exactly has been modified on the car?

You really need to make a clear and quality post with your questions if you want the same things in the response.....

Proms that I have are Fomots's TPIS and the stock proms.My testing Equipment is diacom-p and Autio X ray scaner. I have tuner CATS software and the eraser device. The car is mass air controlled The motor is a 406 cid, 1000 cfm throttle body, min ram intake, cam is 250 and 260 @ .050.All the usual stuff nothing stock left on the cat except the paint.
