Highway mode and idle questions for $8D

I finally got the speedometer to work in my car after installing the T5 and enabled highway fuel mode at 60 mph. I have an AutoMeter A/F ratio guage and when it goes over 60 mph the light dissapears completely like the 02 sensoe isnt putting out any voltage. Could it really be THAT lean ? I got the AFR set to 15.4 at all RPM. It sort of scares me :/

My idle question. When I start the car (hot or cold) the idle shoots up to 1500-2000 (bad for a cold engine with no oil pressure) then it takes about 4-5 seconds for it settle back down. I played with the IAC park steps and set it to 160, 120 and currently at 20 with no effect whatsoever. What's the deal ? :/ Should I reset the IAC again ??

Are you running a manual transmission BIN? If your still running the 350/auto bin I would highly recommend starting with a 305/manual bin then adjust the injector constant and cylinder size constant. You'll find that the car will run MUCH better over all. The highway mode your seeing is normal, I have one of those AF ratio gauges and it does the same thing...
