does anyone think this system is as good as gm high tech says it is?it sounds pretty good kinda like the old accel piggy back ecm.no more burning chips an you can dial it in from inside the car by changing the values and pressing the input button.

and would it work well in a blown configuration eliminating the fmu.i understand diacom or equiv. will be needed to see what's going on and the factthhey don't sell it to the public you gotta go to a dealer for an install.

It's your money but I wouldn't pay it. I think the end result was $1000 for something that the end user only gets to twist a couple of *****. I've never had anything like that but I would think the novelty of playing with the ***** wears off quickly. Maybe if they had ***** for everything else involved in actually tuning a car it might seem more intriguing. The other thing they say is that it's easy but if I want easy I'll keep playing with a carb and points. I'm convinced that GMHTP has sold out to what most other car mags have: ADVERTISEMENT. I didn't renew my subscription when it came up. Damn I miss the old days of Turbo Magazine!
