Is it possible to burn a PROM to allow the car to pass smog even if it is modified? Then could you just replace the chip after passing smog with a chip that gives you performance for your modifications that may not of passed smog? I live in CA so emissions are tough.

 

IIRC I remember Traxion having a topic about doing this a while back and his car seems to have more than a few mods. Im sure you should be able to find that article if you do a search or someone else might be able to tell you what to change.
