Okay, I had to lower my loop open %change and that fixed my running rich at cold start. Also, when I've gone into closed loop, my BLM is near perfect. But I have a question regarding my lean pop at half throttle between 2800-3200 RPM. Do I really need to adjust my VE in those ranges, or do I need to adjust either my PE or AE in those ranges. It only happens at half to full throttle.

BTW, this doesn't happen when it's first started or when it's fully hot, it only happens during open loop while warming up.
