I need help

I feel like im getting nowhere. Although I think I have gotten a little faster. It just seems like nothing changes when I make changes to the PROM. Im tuning with a mostly stock motor, no cam, heads, or anything, so I shouldnt have to do too much. I feel like my truck is faster when not at full throttle, like when its not in PE. I still dont think my timing is even advancing at all, when I look at my datalogs. I know the LO5 isnt the fastest thing in the world, but I see people who get 50rwhp and more out of exhast and headers(which I plan to find some)
Gradually pushing the gas not going full throttle feels like acceleration is firm and fast. From a dead stop it dosent feel as strong.
I just added a bunch of AE MAP and TPS and going to try it out.
It seems like some things arnt even defined in tunerpro. Like some things with TCC lockup and some things with AE

Im using the OD.xdf with the 7427ecm I think.

Here is a datalog is just took:Run 11 Cold Start (PE Mode engauge higher).zip
Here is the bin I was using:Modified TBI Chips.zip

The newer the ecm/pcm, and with few to little mods., there's not going to be any huge amount of HP to be found. Generally, with the truck stuff thou, you can inprove drivibility a lil.

Without a G-Tech or some other measuring system, you can't rely on the buttometer to really tell ya if your faster or not. Often, a car is so much smooother, that while it feels slower, it actually is faster.

Why am I not getting the timing advance I have in my bin?
I know I have asked this before and someone told me there was something wrong with the defintion that it dosent show the acutal advance?
I have yet to find a timing gun to check and see if my timing is 0 degrees.
