$61 746 XDF and L05 Bin (Police)

Hi I am very new to this so if I say something stupid I am sorry.

I am currently using TunerPro useing there 746 XDF file and first off I notice there is no cylinder displacement variable? Is there an explanation for this? I dont get how it can figure out the = 11600 * (displacement/cyclinders/flow rate)

Also I went to the files on moates and I downloaded both there L03 and L05 BINS and they are both exactly the same? Can someone possibly send me a L05 bin or even better a Police L05 bin?

I would really appretiate it.

ANLU is the broadcast code for the Police 350 Bin.

It is setup for 65 lb/hr injectors, a L98 cam, Swirl port heads, and has a very conservative advance rate for a 4,500 lbs car used for sustained WOT.

On moate is list the bin as anlu5369 which I presume is what you are talking about. Thats the one I downloaded and it matched there L03 bin.

Do a comparison in TunerProRT between the bins. You will find that they are WAY different.

Cars used weird injector flow constants. Both are typically 135 with the EGR off.

The TBI ECMs used faux speed density with a good helping of fudge factor. The cylinder injector constant, displacement, and air density (i think) where all sort of rolled together into one 8 bit constant. This is something you have to calculate. True SD systems use metric inverse air density tables, injector flowrate, and cylinder volume stored seperatly for the calcs.

I did compare the two and it seems maybe someone over wrote the l05 file over the l03 file or vise versa. Any of you guys have the correct L05 ANLU file and know its the correct one that you can send me.
