165 -> 749 conversion... fuel issues

I converted from a 165 to 749 and Im having what seems to be major flooding of fuel. I have a 8.3:1 compression 355 with 42 lb Ford green top injectors. I'm running a $58 bin and set the BPC vs desired EGR to .069 across the whole range. During the first startup after the ECM swap I ended up fouling out my plugs. I swapped them, bumped the BPC vs D EGR down to .060 and I still seem to have major fuel coming thru. Car runs horrible and is pumping smoke out the exhaust.

Any ideas as to what happened and how to fix this? I found the formula to calculate the BPC to put in but Im not quite sure how to calculate my cylinder volume.

Stupid question - did you get a 2 bar MAP sensor?

Verify your wiring first by installing the $8D code and a 1bar map sensor. Once you see that it is fine then move on to the $58 code and a 2bar map sensor. $58 needs some tweaking with 42 injectors at idle to keep it out of the messed up injector fueling code.

Ive read those. Most folks never post their final solutions . I did hook up a 2 bar map. maybe Ill drop the bpc more and try to gt a quick scan. Its running so rough right now. Its noy even close to idling.

Well I bumped the bpc value way low to .0233. Car now runs somewhat and even idles although its wandering a little but thats ok at this point. Once it goes clsoed loop it still seems rich.

Few questions

1. the IAC seems off to me and even shows red in TunerPro. could I possibly need to rework the wiring. There is conflicting information on the wiring, I went with the 730 setup and some folks have needed to change that a bit.

2. Does the MAP #'s look ok? Im coming from maf setup so not quite sure what value to expect there.

3. since this is a new conversion to a 749, can some one take a second and view this tunerpro sample output and verify all sensors appear to be working ok and Im not missing anything?

Here is a link to the XLS I recorded.

As always, thanks for the input!

Wow I sure missed the knock counts on that scan. The knock sensor is going balistic any time the throttle is pushed. I know knock pulls timing out but does it also dump extra fuel? I have a small exhaust leak on the turbo down pipe that Im guessing is causing the knock.

Not sure if it helps but try activate the learn function at idle, so the BLM will start to do its job.

Max rpm at idle for learn or something like that.... If you dont find the constants post here again I will chech my .xdf file.
