question about tunerpro r/t

is there anyway to make the display show kpa instead of map voltage? or, is there a reason that voltage is better? I just get tired of dividing current number by voltage without engine running to figure out kpa. the ecm has to have a way of doing this on its own, anyway, doesn't it?

also, for tuning open loop, do I go to my "open loop AFR" and "open loop idle AFR" tables? If so, these show afr numbers, those aren't necessarily the actual afrs, right? i.e. I know that my car is horribly rich (cause it dumps smoke when its cold) so should I change the numers from, say, 14.5 to 15 or maybe 15.2 or so?? thanks for the help! If it makes any difference, this is dealing with the $88 '730.

also, when coming to a stop light (in closed loop), my INT numbers are typically in the 120 range but after a few seconds, they start to drop and will go well under 100. do I need to just pull more fuel in that range in the main ve table?

There is a "settings" or "options" in the menu that will let you set up either English or Metric units for each measurement.

Yes, you're on the right track. Make the numbers leaner to have the ECM not add so much fuel.

Again, that sounds like you're on the right track. Pull out more fuel in the areas where the BLM and INT show rich, and then scan again and see what happens. Pay more attention to the BLM's however, as they are indicating what you're engine is doing. The INT just shows what the engine wants at that particular moment, and it could change five seconds later.
