quick EBL / WB question
Will the VE learn feature (with WB selected instead of BLM) continue to function into PE? I'm guessing not, but just askin

It will VE Learn in PE mode when the ECM is in open loop. The BLM also needs to be 128, which the default is each time the ignition is keyed-on. If closed loop is in affect then it won't learn from the WB.
