Re: quick question about $6E

6E is for the 89 5.0 & 5.7 TPI.
8D is for 90 & up TPI.

with 6E, you need the MAF.

the cold start injector isn't used by 6E, most people cap off the fuel line for the cold start injector, for now you can just unplug the electrical connector on it.

Re: quick question about $6E

Hi,
So this would also be a good mask for a 87 350-A4 car
to start with.
Was going to start with 32B??
Whats the difference between 32B and $6E other than
the year from 87-89? Timing??
Didn't mean to hijack thread but was on the subject was going to post.
Just getting started with my APU1 and TP RT.
Been running a PCFormless starter chip that runs pretty
darn nice but needs a few changes.

Thanks

Re: quick question about $6E

6E was the latest offering from GM, it does away with the cold start injector.
as far as i know, there is more info on 6E than 32 or 32B, i believe some of the tables are setup better also.

Thanks,
Thru the years got pretty proficient with the Carters
Rochesters,Holleys and distributor setups for different
setups.

Now going to have to use the keyboard to set it up to
run FI

Been doing alot of reading but Lite Bulb hasn't come
on yet. Think I have the basics
