oh man! it's annoying

what's up guys? first of all, you guys are good. I have a problem on my tpi set up. whenever i go to start the car (hot or cold) the idle is very high. it starts out at about 2100 then it SLOWLY decends to my set rpm of about 750. when the car is at normal running temp it does the same thing but longer.I am using SD setup and i use tuner pro 8d. my question is how do i change this.
I want to start the car and get a normal vroom. not a
vrooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom!!
other that the car runs great. stock 87 truck 350 non roller engine and turbo350 trans. i have headers and dual flowmasters but nothing major.
any help would greatly be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums! Here's a tip: Changing the subject to something more meaningful might net you more views, and therefore a better answer. "oh man! it's annoying" doesn't tell people who are browsing the forum anything about the question inside, and people like me may not have the time to click on every single topic to see if they can help.

Now then:

Look for something along the lines of startup IAC steps added and startup IAC decay.

The key is that this is an IAC (and startup) function.
