winaldl 7747?
Hey im just wondering if someone can tell me why winaldl does not record my Blm readings at 100map??? Do i need to change a setting in the configuration tables?? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I would like to see what is going on over the 90-100 kpa range so i can try and tune that as well. Thanks

I think you would be in OL at that high a map. Dont think it would be possible to see a CL BLM even if you allow it in settings. Nor would it be prudent to do so. That is PE territory! I once tried to get a higher RPM BLM but was kinda difficult to do.

Winaldl should log it there, if you can hold that cell long enough, but it's meaningless.
Re: winaldl 7747?
I believe PE locks the BLM at what it was B4 it hit PE. takes a higher than 128 (fuel being added) BLM if that is what it was B4 PE involks or takes 128 if B4 PE was say 120(removing fuel). That way it errors on rich side. no correction can occur. I know there is a setting based upon RPM and I suspect there is on also for > ? on MAP.

THanks again Ronny!! I pretty much got everything worked out with this old 7747 set up. I think i need a larger throttle body and injectors in the near future though!! It doesnt seem to pull like it did with the carb?? I also need to upgrade to 3.73 Gears and get the flash EBL. But holidays are only a week away and dont have the funds for that yet. I think the ebl will cure some of my troubles?? Thanks guys

Why so ?
For me, I did need a bigger throttle body, but I know that by calculating at 100% VE at my target maximum practical RPM is X CFM. Therefore, I did need a bigger one.
At X CFM, AFR dictates X fuel flow, therefore I need this injector at that fuel pressure.
After having done that, doing the chemical calculations for molecular sizes before and after combustion, thermal rise, etc. the rough number says exhaust needs 3x the CFM rating of the intake. So, dual 3 inch exhaust.
But, that's me. Why do you think you need a bigger TBI ?
Just curious.

Just do to the Hp Im running and the fact that this engine ran alot better with a 700cfm edlebrock carb than a 600cfm. It has to do with my manifold I would think? RPM-Airgap dual plan. Dual planes tend to like a little more CFM than a single plane. Or at least in my experiance. My injectors seem to be OK for now at 21psi but that will change when my heads and cam swap Happen I think.
