Scan Tool Data Values from RamJet Manual...

I was comparing the values in my 730 ECM with the expected values in my original RamJet 350 Manual. Some of the values in the RamJet are as follows:

TEST CONDITIONS
Idle/Warm Engine/ Closed Throttle/ Neutral

MAP = 29-48 kPA / 1-2 Volts (depends on vacuum & barometric press)
TP Sensor = 0.70 - 0.80 volts
TP Angle = 0-2 %
Spark Advance 6-26* (Varies continuously)
IAC = 20-40 Counts
IAC Throttle Follower = 20-60 Counts

These are a bit different than what I've ended up with after editing my BIN as mentioned in the post below:

Should I be shooting to approach the values in the original RamJet 350 MEFI program? I must note that the original value to set timing in the RamJet 350 system is 10* @ 1000 RPM.(in case that matters).

I also have a question; what is it that determines engine RPM when the timing lead is disconnected?

I would only consider those to be a "starting point" and adjust from there. I would NOT expect your "final tune" to remain there.
