I think this is the info you are looking for.

EPROM,ECM w/4-SPD A/TRANS(MD8) or 3.27R(GW6) or FEDERAL EMISSIONS(NA5); CODE 3516APYU, 9356ANYF, 0580AUJM
If you still have the RPO sticker somewhere, it will list the codes above
(NA5, etc )on it to verify if one of those three proms listed is the right one for your car.
