BLMs 110 at idle, 150 at full throttle?
I've been trying to get my injector setting right. It's always lean under load, and the lower I set the constant it feels like it cuts out when I gun it. Could it be a weak fuel pump? My injectors are basically new (and flowmatched) and I have my AFPR is cranked up to about 55.
I'm running a 5.7 Vortec TPI with ZZ4 cam, and I am using a bin file from another member with my setup except he has 28lb Z06 injectors and I am running 21 lb Accel injectors. (he had his injector set to 22) I've been lowering my injector constant 2lbs and doing a run. I was getting knock (where he wasn't) It seems like it helped to a point but I am theorizing my fuel pump may not be able to handle the demands.
Any opinions??

im so new to this so take anything i say with a massive grain of salt
ive already read that if you turn your injectors up too high there is just too much pressure for them to open/atomize properly.
maybe backing it down to around 48 would help? 55 seems excessive
also have you been putting more fuel into the ve table?

Reading BLMs at WOT is worthless....you need a wideband oxygen sesnor. If you are worried that you are lean.....add fuel to the Enrich Power table or in the 90-100 kpa cells in the VE table.
I always set the fuel pressure at the constant they are rated too or no more than 48 psi and tune it with the tune.

Thanks for advice. I will try this again at 43.5 pressure.
(FYI: if you open Excel and do file -> open and paste the addresses listed above the files will open right from the web into excel)
BLM is also high at partial throttle sometimes. In the case below I am at 138 @ 1500 RPM, TPS @ .57

Re: BLMs 110 at idle, 150 at full throttle?
I don't know much about port fuel, but it sounds like your BPC is off along with the VE table being off. Do the math for your projected max HP and come up with your BPC based on how much FP your max HP dictates through the injectors. Drive that around and see where your BLM's are. Like Yenko said...tuning with a NB O2 is inaccurate when compared to a WB O2. Almost dying when you stomp it sounds like AE being off also. Are your two engines identical except for the injectors?
