Adjusting closed loop O2 AFR's

My closed loop O2 readings are going from 14.0 to about 15.5...I would like to tighten them up a bit. BLM numbers are good, 128 +/- about 5. Prop gains? I'm not sure how to tighten these up. Running EBL Flash, Zeitronix ZT-2 WB simulating NB O2.
THanks

Re: Adjusting closed loop O2 AFR's

I don't know if this helps but I played around with the gains quite a bit. End result was that I gave up and went back to running the ECM off of the WBO2.

The problem I had was from NBO2 temperature changes. It varied so much that I was always changing the gains to correct for it.

How accurate is the NBO2 reading from the WBO2 sensor you are using? If I use the direct WBO2 reading for the closed loop (with code change) everything works great. The simulated NBO2 reading doesn't work that well.

Re: Adjusting closed loop O2 AFR's

my NB O2 was really weird...I even had a 3 wire and it still gave me issues. Since I bought the WB, I've been using it with consistent readings.

I just spliced the WB's output into the purple wire in the harness.

Re: Adjusting closed loop O2 AFR's

so, will reducing prop gains tighten up the AFR?
