NBO2 mean/rich/lean

How does one determine where Mean, Rich, Lean, should be set at ?
Does NB sensor placment make any difference to it's MV output for 14.7 ?
Should "mean" it be set while in open loop matched to your WB's reading of 14.7 ?

I've been looking at stock bins and some modified one's, Mean, Rich, Lean,
is different on all of them.

So I'am total confused at this point where it need to be at.

Re: NBO2 mean/rich/lean

The values depend on a number of items. If running a 3-way cat they need to tightly bracket stoich (450 mV). If the mask subtracts off an O2 offset for AIR, this needs to be taken into account. Calif emissions vehicles can have the O2 window a little higher. While some vehicles have the tables inverted (lower table values higher then the upper table values).
