ok ive been out driving my car. it starts off with an extremely high idle like 2000-3000rpms. while driving it will come back down to normal. if i turn it off for 10 mins or so when i start it up idle is back to high. i have replaced the IAC and TPS. Also my fans arent coming on. i replaxced my temp sending unit and no help. could it be the ecm? please help
