I have been reading up on this tuning thing for about the past 3-4 weeks.

And I got to thinking well I just bought a bad *** laptop why not put it to good use???

If anyone has any info on imput on tuning a car let me no.

I would also like to no what is the best tuning program to buy just the best one for the price. Here is my car and a small list of mods.


91 Gta
305 tpi auto
100-150 wet shot
1.6 rr
3.73 gears
lt1 cam swap
Edelbrock headers
2.5-3.0 inch full exhaust, cat deleted.
ported intake,plenium, runners
bbk afpr
52mm t/b

There some of the mods and as I add more I think it would be a good time to start tuning. I just need to no what and where to buy this or download whatever it is. Then where to buy the cable. I just need some general info on this whole deal.

 

Tunercat is pretty user friendly. I've been using it on my car for years now.

Will it improve my track times, gas mileage and stuf like that?
