I have an ARYU from a 91 corvette that has a dead knock filter and would like to know if anybody has tried using one from another memcal, like 4.3 for example because of the bore/stroke relationship. Are there be parameters that have to be changed in the bin to accomplish this. I have a few of the V6 memcals that I could steal the KF from. I did find an external filter discussion, but haven't been able to find it again. I've spent the last 5 hours reading previous posts, but didn't find anything that hit right on this subject.
