How much pinging is acceptable?

How much pinging is acceptable?
Hi all,
I drove in this morning monitoring my spark count (winaldl) I noticed some cells had 1-2 pings but had 10 samples in the BLM.
There where 2 that shared the same blm counts had 50 knocks w/ 30 BLM counts.
What is acceptable? if the above is not, how many degrees should I back off?
Should I be striving for 0 pings? I dove 10 miles and probably had about 300 pings above the 50 map range.
