How to connect to ALDL?

I made a cable from one of the posts on the forum But come to find out my carbed 86 Z-28 ALDL connector only has pins on F, D, C, B and A. How do I connect the 2 wires to the ALDL? Thanks in advance for any help I can get, Mike

Re: How to connect to ALDL?

Will need a 10K resistor between A & B on the ALDL connector. That will enable the data stream.

The data should be on pin D. I may be wrong about the pin, but give it a try.

RBob.
